VIXEN Self Defense
One on One, max 4 women
Each private session is one (1) hour with a maximum of 4 sessions
- Gain confidence through dedicated one-on-one practice sessions
- Receive encouragement and motivation, tailored to personal progress
- Achieve personal self defense goals with a customized approach
- Incorporate personal strengths and abilities into the training
- Focus on techniques that are most applicable to the individual's lifestyle
- Receive continuous assessment and adjustment of the training plan
- Focus on specific areas of improvement and interest
- Develop a customized training plan based on individual goals
- Learn techniques at a comfortable and manageable pace
- Take breaks as needed to ensure understanding and retention
